Got an ema.lt unlock (access) code? Follow this guide in order to learn how to show hidden seats on the map.
What you need to know
- A code unlocks certain seats (for example, for fan clubs or sponsors). It does not give a discount or change the price.
- Some codes limit how many of their seats you can buy in one order.
- A valid code can skip the waiting queue.
Here is what to do
- On the event page, click Have an unlock code?. If you're already on the seat selection page, click Unlock code.
- Enter your code and click Unlock.
- When the code is applied, the field turns green, and the unlocked seats appear on the seat map.
- Pick your seats and buy as usual. If you're not sure how, check our help center article on buying an Ema.lt ticket.
Additional tips
- If the code doesn't work, check that you typed it correctly and that it's still valid.
- If you see a message that you exceeded the seat limit for your code, remove some seats or place your order in two separate orders.
