I forgot my Ema.lt password

Forgot your Ema.lt account password? Reset it in a few minutes with the link we emailed you.

NOTE: If you do not have access to the email you used with your Ema.lt account, contact us via info@ema.lt. 

What you need to know

• The reset link is valid for 1 hour.
• Your new password must be at least 8 characters and can't match one from a known data breach.
• After several failed sign-in attempts (5 within 30 seconds), wait 30 seconds before trying again.

Here is what you can do

1. In the sign-in window, click Forgot password.
2. Enter the email you registered with.
3. Open the email we send and click the reset link within 1 hour.
4. Enter a new password and save it.
5. Sign in with your new password.

Additional tips

• No email? Check your spam folder. You won't get an email if your account isn't confirmed yet. 
• Registered with Google? Just sign in with Google.
• If you still can't sign in after resetting, write to info@ema.lt.
