After reading this guide, you can pick exact seats on the venue map and use filters to find the right ones faster.
What you need to know
- In numbered sections, you can choose exact seats. Standing sections have no numbered seats – you only choose how many tickets you want.
- You can't leave a single empty seat between taken ones. That seat turns red. Read more in our Help Center article on why a seat is red.
- Choosing seats doesn't hold them. Until you click Go to checkout, someone else can buy them. If this happens, check out our article on what to do if a seat was taken.
Here is what you can do
- Open the event and click Select seats.
- Click Filters and choose what you need:
- Number of tickets
- Price
- Wheelchair-accessible seats
- Seats without limited view
- If you want, sort the section list by name or price.
- On the map, choose a section and click the seats you want.
- If a seat turns red, add it to your selection or shift your selection so no single empty seat is left.
- When you're happy, click Go to checkout.
Additional tips
- Wheelchair-accessible seats show up only when you use the filters. You can also hide sections with limited view.
- If you can't see some seats, they may be sold out, off sale, or available only with a code. To learn more, visit our article on why you can't see seats and how to use an unlock code.
- You can't select more than 6 seats in one order. We explain this in greater detail in our article on the 6 ticket limit.
