Tickets for popular events are sold through a waiting queue. This guide shows how to join and keep your place.
What you need to know
- People are let in in batches, and you see an estimated wait time on screen.
- If you refresh the page, leave the queue, clear cookies, or switch browsers, you lose your place.
Here is what to do
- On the event page, click Join queue and confirm you're not a robot.
- Keep the queue page open in the same browser and don't refresh it.
- Watch the estimated wait. If you wait longer than 2 minutes, you'll see "Are you still here?" in the last 5 minutes.
- Click Stay in line. If you don't answer when your turn comes, you're sent back to the event page and must rejoin at the back.

Additional tips
- If you were sent out of the queue, see our article on what to do.
- Use the same browser and device while buying. Switching devices may show "Please join the queue again."
- To leave, click Leave queue.
